Annual City Fireworks
A trio of fireworks displays will light up Liverpool skies on 05 November 2009. Displays will be fired to music in Sefton, Newsham and Walton parks. All displays start at 7.30pm (finish 7.50pm approximately). Visitors to the fireworks are advised to travel on foot or by public transport.

Several thousand people are expected to attend these events so please behave responsibly and act on the instructions of the event stewards. The firing areas will be fenced off from 3rd November onwards in order to prepare for the event, so access to some parts of these parks will be restricted. During the evening of November 5th some roads near the Parks will be closed and traffic diverted.

Sefton Park - the audience area is towards the north of the Park in the Review Field (the Croxteth Drive end, looking towards the lake for the display). No Parking cones will be placed on the perimeter road to keep emergency routes clear.
