Panoramic LiverpoolPanoramic Restaurant Panoramic is a stylish new restaurant & bar located on the 34th floor of Beetham’s West Tower. Enjoy breathtaking views over the stunning Liverpool skyline. The upper floors offer views of the Welsh mountains and reportedly as far as Mt. Snowdon. Restaurant designer Richard Eastwood said “Panoramic is the place where every man is going to want to propose. It’s cosy and luxurious and very romantic.” 
Recommendations Went here Friday 4 June for lunch with my daughter. The service was excellent,very friendly staff, the food beautiful and as for the view! Our lunch lasted 2 and half hours! Would recommend for discerning diners. Eileen ~ 7th Jun 10 ~ 5 Stars

Booked on the morning and lucky I got a table, very busy and well deserved to be.. Didn't disappoint.. Romantic, good food, great service and you have to try the champagne cocktails! Bit pricey but well worth the whole ambiance.. 9/10 will return. Lloyd of London ~ 26th Jul 09
We went here for my partner's birthday. The view and the hospitality did not disappoint, the food however did. I had the 55 degree lamb for my main course and it was barely edible. The puddings again were terrible. Big disappointment for an even bigger price tag. Go for coffee, enjoy the view, avoid the food! Bethan ~ 9th Jun 09
A fantastic experience, wonderful food and very welcoming staff. The whole visit lived up to my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to go somewhere different for a special occasion. This place is just great for special occasions. the food is nouvel and lots of powerful flavours. the chef tries a few unusual recipes but everything seems to work well. the service is first class from escort to the elevator to the taxi waiting outside. mind you, all that said, its worth a visit for the views alone. Especially in the lounge with a coffee. it may be a little bit pricey but well worth it. i hear the lunch menu is pretty good too. cant wait to find out for myself. slugger ~ 19th Feb 09

Finally had an opportunity to go to this restaurant/cocktail bar, and made the trip into the city just for this purpose. Our daughter was treating us to cocktails there - as a special present. We were therefore very disappointed to be summarily turned away and told it was not open to public that night. The website should make it clear that it is sometimes closed to the public.
