I have visited the Iona on a few occasions and each time have been given a very welcoming and friendly service by all the staff. The food is of fantastic quality and the restaurant itself is very luxurious (you wouldn't think you were in the middle of Bootle!). I would recommend the Iona to anyone who wishes to have a highly enjoyable experience.
