Roy Castle Charity Zumba-thon®

Ladies in Liverpool are being encouraged to ditch the workout and join the party™ by taking part in a charity Zumba-thon®.
The event, which is being organised by The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation and Hearts Ladies Health Club gives women a great opportunity to have fun with friends whilst completing either one, two or three hours of Zumba®.
The sessions will be lead by a fully trained Zumba® instructor, and every lady who takes part will receive a free t-shirt and a Hearts Health Club complimentary two week gym membership for herself and two friends, which is redeemable at Heart Crosby or Wallasey.
The Zumba-thon® is taking place at Hearts Ladies Health Club, Crosby between 3 and 6pm on Saturday the 22nd October and between 2pm and 5pm on Sunday the 23rd October 2011.
Registration is £5 and the charity asks participant to raise a minimum sponsorship of £10.
