The upper floors offer views of the Welsh mountains and reportedly as far as Mt. Snowdon. Restaurant designer Richard Eastwood said “Panoramic is the place where every man is going to want to propose. It’s cosy and luxurious and very romantic.” 
Recommendations We went here just for a drink. However, the menu looked very good so look forward to a revisit soon. SC ~ May 08
