Get Creative: Writing for Performance
Wirral Festival of Firsts have arranged an afternoon of writing workshops at Hoylake Parade Community Centre on 16 July 2017 1-5.30pm.
Tickets are �10 per workshop or �20 for three.
These expert-led workshops will be focussing on the secrets of successful writing for theatre, film,
TV and radio performance. Each workshop is about 1� hours. Sessions on offer are:
� �Adapting the Text� by Martin Williams from The Off Book Theatre Company
� �Write first time?� By Hayley Greggs from Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse Theatre
� �Secrets to Writing an Awesome Screenplay� by Anna Cardus from Mighty Limey Films
� �The Gifts of Sound and Vision - Writing for Radio and TV� by Carole Sollazo

The Wirral Festival of Firsts will take place at various venues in and around West Wirral. The Festival brings together artists, performers and musicians to celebrate the power and diversity of the Wirral art and music scene - whilst also helping raise money for local charity.
Hoylake Carnival Parade 15/07/17
Wirral Festival of Firsts was established in Hoylake in 2011 to deliver an innovative, community based arts festival to encourage participation, the showcasing of local talent as well as the opportunity for the community to access and enjoy some examples of the best art, music and poetry in the country.
