In this hands-on summer exhibition, San Francisco -based artist Bernie Lubell presents his amazing wooden sculptures - all powered by the gallery visitor. Visitors to the gallery will get the chance to crank-up a stone-age digital computer, talk through a phone booth-confessional communications network and operate simulations of the human heart and brain. Meanwhile, Lubell unveils A Theory of Entanglement a brand new 12-metre high sculpture where visitors will create a giant knitted sculpture by pedalling bicycles together. This will be the first exhibition in the UK by the artist, who has exhibited internationally including Ars Electonica in 2007 where he received the Award of Distinction for Interactive Art.
